Consumables:​

To be eligible for a return the unit:

• You have 30 (Thirty) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

• Must be in its original packaging.

• Must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Multifuntional Printers:
To be eligible for a return the unit:

• The total meter reading on the unit must be identical to the meter on bill of sale.

• The unit must not have any damage

Refund 

• Return shipping costs are at customer’s expense and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• You will be notified as soon as the unit has returned to our location.

• The status of your refund will be revealed to you after the unit has undergone a careful inspection.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

• You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
